Code of Conduct

The Pitches is a recreational facility for the community.  The ultimate goal is to provide a FUN and competitive sports environment for youth and adults. We respectively request that all participants (players, coaches, and spectators) adhere to the following Code of Conduct List:

  • Respect: Be respectful of opponents, teammates, coaches, and officials. Don't use profanity, harass, or intimidate others.
  • Fair play: Follow the rules of the game and play fairly. Accept the decisions of officials.
  • Timeliness: Be on time for games, practices, and check-in.
  • Sportsmanship: Demonstrate good sportsmanship before, during, and after games. Support your teammates and congratulate them when they play well.
  • Accountability: Be accountable for your own behavior, your teams, and the behavior of your spectators.
  • Communication: Interact positively with players and officials. Ask questions before the game if you're unsure of the rules.
  • Dignity: Treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other factors.

Adult Leagues are based on the sportsmanship and integrity of each player.  The Pitches does not provide referees for regular league games.  Any players who are continuously unable or unwilling to play with sportsmanship and integrity will be asked to leave.
