- Players may only play on one roster except for Goalkeepers. After the session starts, you can NOT transfer to another team. This will result in a forfeit for the other team.
- All players playing MUST be registered and have a signed waiver.
- The duration of the game will be 2 twenty-minute halves. There will be a 2-minute halftime.
- Substitutions will be allowed "on the fly" if the existing player is off the field before the sub enters the field of play.
- On all free hits, opponents must be 5 yards away.
- Stick interfaces – is when you miss the ball and hit the opponent’s stick.
- Obstruction – is when you put yourself between the ball and your opponent. You may do so if you keep the ball moving.
- You must have control of your body – no running over someone.
- Third party obstruction – is when you and your teammate block the opponents.
- If the ball goes over the end line off the defense, it is a 25-yard hit (located at the center line). Off the offense, it is a 16-yard hit for the defense.
- Goal is when the whole ball crosses the goal line. It also must be touched by the offense in the circle.
- No backswings.
- No intentional lift (scoops). It may be chipped over an opponent’s stick.
- Flicks are based on danger.
- Teams will be given 3 points for win, 1 point for tie and 0 points for a loss.
- You must play in a regular season game to be eligible for the playoffs.
- Overtime for playoffs – if tied at the end of the full game. Goalies go off – teams play for 2 minutes. If still tied, you will play 3 v 3 until someone scores. Golden goal during overtime.
